What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website or blog?

This information often includes, device-specific information such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including phone number.

Broad, non-specific location, which we derive from your IP address. Device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral/sharing URL.

E-mail, SMS and In-App communications: We love to proactively reach out to our users to inform you about service updates, new products developed and manufactured and other such relevant information. To help us make these e-mails/SMS/In-App communications (push notifications or interstitials) more useful and interesting, we often receive and analyse information on how you interact with these communications.

When do we collectinformation?

Retention and Deletion of Data:

  • We shall destroy all the data collected from you, except the records and the data pertaining to the transactions undertaken using our Services or the Website/s & Application/s. Please note that under the applicable laws, we are required to maintain record of these transactions with us including personal data such as your name, contact details, your number, transaction history etc. Other than the information specified above, we will delete all Personal Information that we hold about you. We will not retain your online banking login PIN, TAN and/or password, credit card information.
  • Please note that we will not require you to disclose your personal or security detail vide email or other communication. If you receive any email/ phone call/ SMS or other communication requesting you to share Your personal/security/financial information, please do not respond to such requests and delete such requests immediately. Please forward such requests to support@furnacesolutions.in for notifying us of the same prior to deletion of such requests.
  • "Phishing" is an attempt to steal personal details and financial account details from a website user. Such “Phishers” use fake emails to lead users to counterfeit websites where the user is tricked into entering their personal details such as credit card numbers, passwords, PIN etc. Please abstain from providing your details on such websites and immediately report such requests to us at support@furnacesolutions.in . We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage caused by responding to such emails and sharing information with third parties.

If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can email us at support@furnacesolutions.in and we will promptly remove you from ALL correspondence.

Changes to Privacy Policy

In the event Furnace modifies this Privacy Policy, the same will be updated on the Website. In case of any material changes to the Policy, the Users will be notified by email (sent to the email address specified in the User's account) or by means of a notice on this Website prior to the change becoming effective.
